How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. In order to process a return, send an email to [email protected] the email must contain the following: Order Number # Style # (Description) Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem) The return request has to be within 14 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. What if I see an Item that is no longer in stock in my size?
If you come across an item that is not listed in your size, please contact us at [email protected] with the item information for an update on availability. Out of stock items are usually re-stocked within 2-4 weeks.
